DescriptionThis school is devoted to regional climate dynamics from an Earth System perspective, focusing on the interactions between the atmosphere, the oceans, the biosphere and the cryosphere. We intend to favour the development of a new approach to the study and modelling of climate change and its impacts at regional scale. We shall consider global climate models at high resolution, regional climate models, stochastic downscaling techniques and impacts of climate change.

Sponsors' Availabilityhe school has no registration fee. The cost of full board lodging (including all meals) for 11 nights, from June 19th to June 30th, 2011 will be announced soon (you may check the pages on last year's course to get a rough idea of the cost). The lodging cost will have to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. The finance page has some more info.
